We offer ground shipping on all orders. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Our standard shipping carrier is UPS or USPS. Please anticipate 3-7 business days for standard ground shipping once processed. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Virgin Islands take 2-4 additional days.
Returns
If at any time within 30 days of receipt, you are not happy with the product, we would be more than happy to process a return for you. We will generate a complimentary prepaid label and charge a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your return total. Please email support@sensatehomes.com to request a return.
To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, items must be returned in new condition.
